摘要:

技术创新下AI算法创新赋能的同时亦引发了算法歧视、算法垄断等异化问题。通过文献计量方法提炼出“内涵特征-异化归因-算法治理”的逻辑框架，凝练AI算法技术异化的研究框架。首先厘清算法异化的概念及表征，其次尝试跨学科进行异化归因与理论解释，最后归纳现有算法规制与治理的策略建议。本文试图勾勒现有研究脉络并提出研究展望，推动算法技术的向善发展、算法治理框架的进一步探究。

Abstract:

While AI algorithms are empowered by technological innovation, they also give rise to alienation problems such as algorithmic discrimination and algorithmic monopoly. The logical framework of "connotation characteristics-alienation attribution-algorithm governance" is refined through bibliometric methods to condense the research framework of AI algorithm technology alienation. First, we clarify the concept and characterization of algorithmic alienation, second, we try to explain the attribution and theory of alienation across disciplines, and finally, we summarize the existing strategies and suggestions for the regulation and governance of algorithms. This paper attempts to outline the existing research lineage and propose research outlook to promote the development of algorithmic technology for good and further exploration of algorithmic governance framework.
