Abstract:Promoting the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important task to implement the innovation-driven development strategy, and it is also a new requirement for colleges and universities to improve the specialization ability of technology transfer. In order to overcome the "valley of death" in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, China has made a preliminary exploration of the concept verification center, and formed a "one-stop" concept verification service system by providing seed funds, talent training and commercial consultation, which injects new impetus into the transformation of scientific research achievements in colleges and universities. In view of the problems existing in China's proof-of-concept centers, such as imperfect evaluation system of scientific and technological achievements, imperfect government-oriented role, lack of professional service institutions and talents, and insufficient ability of collaborative innovation between schools and enterprises, this paper puts forward some development suggestions from four aspects: policy system, government guidance, talent team and market orientation.
