基于政策信息学的我国国家实验室研究文献计量分析

The Visual Analysis of the National Laboratories in China Based on Policy Informatics

摘要:

国家实验室是国家战略科技力量，也是国家科技创新体系的核心组成部分，厘清我国国家实验室研究的整体趋势和研究热点，能够为建设国家实验室和开展相关研究提供借鉴，也是加强和改进新时期科技创新工作的重要内容。本文从中国知网数据库中获取1980年--2023年2月国家实验室研究相关文献数据，利用Citespace对文献数据的整体趋势、主要研究机构组成、研究主题变化等进行定量分析，并结合国省政策背景进行了深入解读。研究结果表明:（1）从整体趋势上看，我国国家实验室的发展历程和相关研究具有明显的阶段性特征；（2）我国国家实验室的研究热点聚焦于美国等发达国家国家实验室建设模式研究及对我国的经验启示、美国等发达国家国家实验室最新产出及其在工业界的应用以及我国的国省实验室建设现状及相关对策建议；（3）随着科技创新在国家发展全局中的重要性逐渐提升，国家实验室的建设和相关研究都将在全国范围内掀起热潮，在下一步的研究中更加要从服务国家实验室建设的角度出发，从实验室建设的顶层设计、制度保障、运行机制等方面进行深入探讨。

Abstract:

National laboratories are not only a national strategic scientific and technological force, but also an essential part of the national innovation system. Further clarifying research hot spots and evolving trends at national laboratories can serve as a reference for the construction of national laboratories, and it is also a major element in improving the work of scientific and technological innovation. In this paper, we obtain literature data on national laboratory research from the CNKI database from 1980 to February 2023, use CiteSpace for visual analysis of overall trends, major research institutions and research topics, as well as for in-depth interpretation in the context of policy. The results show that: (1) From 1980 to 2023, the development process and related research of China national laboratories have obvious stage characteristics; (2) The research hot spots of national laboratories focus on three aspects: the construction mode of national laboratories in developed countries and their experience enlightenment to China, the outputs of national laboratories in developed countries and its application in industry, the construction status of national and provincial laboratories and related countermeasures and suggestions in China; (3) With the growing importance of scientific and technological innovation in overall national development, there will be a nationwide surge in the construction of national laboratories and related research. In the next study, it is necessary to proceed from the point of view of the construction of national laboratories for the service, focusing on learning and summarizing advanced experiences, and conducting in-depth discussions from the top-level design, system construction and organizational systems of laboratory construction.
