Abstract:In the context of the new development pattern, this paper explores the relationship between the integration of industry-university-research and regional innovation from the perspective of innovation ecosystem. By analyzing the relationship between innovation subjects in the innovation ecosystem and the international experience of integration of industry-university-research based on the development process of world famous bay area, the paths of the “double cycle” of regional innovative development enabled by the integration of industry-university-research is discussed, and the development countermeasures are further proposed by analyzing and summarizing the disadvantages and shortcomings of China's regional scientific and technological innovation development. Research results show as follows: in the industry-university-research innovation ecosystem, each innovation subject interacts with the innovation environment, forming a virtuous circle network of interdependence and symbiotic evolution to promote the deep integration of industry-university-research, by taking the domestic cycle of scientific and technological innovation as the main part, it actively adapts to and deeply embedded in the global innovation chain, and gives full play to the advantages of each subject to enable "double cycle" development; In terms of basic research capacity, structure of scientific and technological talents, cultivation of leading scientific and technological enterprises, integration ecology of industry-university- research, and construction of major scientific and technological infrastructure, there is still need to be improved and perfected. Finally, this paper puts forward specific suggestions to promote the integration of industry-university-research to enable "double cycle" development from the aspects of unblocking the domestic innovation cycle, strengthening the technology supply capacity, deeply integrating into the international innovation cycle, and accelerating the layout and construction of scientific and technological infrastructure.
