企业资源配置新颖性对制造企业转型升级的影响与作用机制

经济新常态下,企业如何配置资源推动制造业转型升级成为亟需解决的问题。利用制造企业样本数据,刻画资源资源配置新颖性深度和宽度两个维度,结合创新视角,检验企业资源配置新颖性对制造企业转型升级的影响及作用路径。研究发现：企业资源配置新颖性宽度和深度都有利于企业转型升级。并且,企业资源新颖性宽度和深度均通过提升创新质量实现企业转型升级。异质性分析表明,相对于国有企业,民营企业资源配置新颖性深度和宽度对企业转型升级的助推作用更显著。同时,企业资源配置新颖性对企业转型升级的影响存在区域差异性,位于东部地区的企业资源配置新颖性深度影响效果更强,企业资源配置新颖性宽度影响效果较弱。本文研究为现阶段中国制造企业转型升级成功提供参考。

Abstract:

Under the new normal of Economy, how enterprises allocate resources to promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the sample data of manufacturing enterprises, this paper describes the depth and width of novelty of resource allocation, and combines the perspective of innovation, this paper examines the influence and path of the novelty of enterprise resource allocation on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises. It is found that the breadth and depth of novelty of enterprise resource allocation are conducive to enterprise transformation and upgrading. Moreover, the breadth and depth of enterprise resource novelty can realize enterprise transformation and upgrading by improving innovation quality. The heterogeneity analysis shows that the depth and width of novelty of resource allocation in private enterprises are more significant than those in state-owned enterprises. At the same time, there is regional difference in the effect of the novelty of enterprise resource allocation on the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, and the depth effect of the novelty of enterprise resource allocation located in the eastern region is stronger, the effect of novelty width of enterprise resource allocation is weak. This study provides a reference for the successful transformation and upgrading of China"s manufacturing enterprises at this stage.
