Abstract:Patent standardization is an significant way in promoting technological advance, product compatibility, and business development, and it is a weapon in achieving the maximized revenue of technological innovation, and participating in market competition. Model of Scenario-Response is introduced, three scenarios of enterprises’patent standardization are built including the course, integration dilemma, and the marketing operation of patent standardization, and the key problems about standard essential patent (SEP) are found, namely, planning and design of the SEP, analysis and judgment of the SEP, and marketization operation of the SEP. According to the key problems, conversion strategies, coping strategies with integration dilemma, and marketing competition strategies of patent standardization for enterprises’ patent standardization are proposed in the perspectives of internal technical operation, external dispute settlement, and external marketing operation, so as to help enterprises to build and innovation system in coordination of technology, patent, and standard, and to put patent standardization into effect.
