    摘要:

    鉴于从专利数据视角对元宇宙产业技术发展进行梳理的研究较少,通过阐述支撑元宇宙发展的区块链、交互技术、电子游戏技术、人工智能技术、网络运算技术和物联网技术等“大蚂蚁”技术架构以及社交元宇宙、商业元宇宙、工业元宇宙和全景元宇宙等应用模式,基于648件元宇宙相关专利,从技术和应用两个维度概括分析了全球的元宇宙专利态势,并据此提出我国元宇宙产业发展的专利战略。研究表明:元宇宙专利最为集中的是与数字孪生、虚实相融场景搭建密切相关的交互技术,尤其是在元宇宙产业兴起之前基础较好的虚拟现实技术;元宇宙专利应用最多也最为成熟的是游戏产业,其次是娱乐表演行业;应以我国关键数字基础设施和元宇宙专利的现状为基础制定国家层面的元宇宙产业发展战略规划,在技术上侧重于智能合约、增强和混合现实、脑机接口、游戏编辑工具、高级人工智能、网络及运算和物联网领域,在应用上注意强化社交和商业元宇宙的用户基础优势,寻求工业元宇宙和全景元宇宙的行业突破。

    Abstract:

    In view of the fact that there are few researches on the metaverse industrial technology development from the perspective of patent data, this paper summarizes and analyzes the global metaverse patent situation from two dimensions of technology and application. Based on the general description of the "BIGANT" technology architecture that support the development of the metaverse, including blockchain, interactive technology, video game technology, artificial intelligence technology, network computing technology and internet of things, as well as the analysis of application modes of social metaverse, commercial metaverse, industrial metaverse and panoramic metaverse, combining with the 684 metaverse-related patents, it puts forward the patent strategy for the development of our metaverse industry. The research shows that most of the patents are related to the interactive technologies closely related to the construction of digital twins and virtual-real integration scenes, especially the virtual reality technology with a good foundation before the rise of the metaverse industry. The game industry has the largest and most mature patent application, followed by the entertainment performance industry. It is necessary to formulate a national metaverse industry development strategy based on the status quo of China's key digital infrastructure and metaverse patents. The strategy should focus on smart contracts, augmented and mixed reality, brain-computer interfaces, game editing tools, advanced artificial intelligence, network and computing, and the internet of things, pay attention to strengthening the user base advantages of social and commercial metaverse in application, and seek industry breakthroughs in the industrial metaverse and panoramic metaverse.
