Abstract:At present, China"s megacities are experiencing a new round of deep integration of culture and technology from one-way to three-dimensional integration, it is urgent to explore the organic combination of various elements under culture and science and technology, which provides key support for social and economic development. By analyzing the advantages and challenges of Guangzhou, this paper finds that the city has a sustained and stable development in cultural industry, with the advantages of being a pioneer in the integration of culture and technology and having a solid foundation, well-developed industrial parks and technological infrastructure. However, the overall cultural industry is still in its early stages, characterized by small-scale enterprises, limited strength, lack of specialization, and weak innovation capabilities. Moreover, there are disadvantages such as an immature integration system between culture and technology, as well as insufficient support from local policies. Based on this, certain directions and strategies to promote the integration of culture and technology in Guangzhou are proposed, including a comprehensive exploration of digital sharing of cultural resources, seamless connection between the cultural industry chain and technology innovation chain, expansion of deep application scenarios in the cultural and tourism sector, leveraging traditional advantageous manufacturing industries for transformation and upgrading, exploration of deep application scenarios in the fields of commerce, trade, and exhibition circulation, enhancing government guidance in promoting a new round of deep integration, and establishing an innovative service system that facilitates the deep integration of science, technology, and culture.
