    本文基于2018-2020年我国17家物流上市企业的指标数据,运用多时期网络DEA模型测算物流上市企业的技术创新效率、技术研发效率和成果转化效率,并采用Tobit模型和门槛模型分析政府补贴和股权集中度对物流上市企业技术研发效率和成果转化效率的影响。结果表明:我国物流上市企业技术创新效率整体偏低,且成果转化效率低下是导致效率整体偏低的主要原因;政府补贴对物流上市企业成果转化效率具有抑制效应,且受到股权集中度的调节作用。因此,政府应合理配置补贴资源,持续监督企业绩效;物流上市企业应有效利用创新资源,积极增强自主创新。

    Abstract:

    Based on the index data of 17 listed logistics enterprises from 2018 to 2020, this paper uses multi-period network DEA model to measure the technological innovation efficiency, technological research and development efficiency and achievement transformation efficiency of listed logistics enterprises. The Tobit model and threshold model are used to analyze the effects of government subsidies and ownership concentration on technology R D efficiency and achievement transformation efficiency of listed logistics enterprises. The results show that the technological innovation efficiency of listed logistics enterprises is on the low side, and the low transformation efficiency is the main reason for the overall low efficiency. Government subsidies have a inhibitory effect on the achievement conversion efficiency of listed logistics enterprises, and it is regulated by ownership concentration. Therefore, the government should reasonably allocate subsidy resources and continuously supervise the performance of enterprises. Logistics listed enterprises should make effective use of innovation resources and actively enhance independent innovation.
