Abstract:Based on the concept of bounded-rationality, the concept of resource base and the theory of resource arrangement, the research model of unabsorbed slack resource, technology for good, digital empowerment and enterprise innovation performance is constructed, and the 361 parent triangle high-tech enterprises are taken as the research samples for empirical testing. The results show that there is a significant inverted U - shaped relationship between unabsorbed slack resource and enterprise innovation performance; Unabsorbed slack resource has a positive impact on the goodness of idea system and practice behavior; The idea system and practice behavior have an inverted U-shaped impact on enterprise innovation performance, and both play a part of intermediary role between unabsorbed slack resource and enterprise innovation performance; Digital empowerment positively regulates the inverted U-shaped relationship between unabsorbed slack resource and enterprise innovation performance. The research confirms that unabsorbed slack resource has an excessive effect on enterprise innovation, emphasizes the value of maintaining appropriate slack resource, and provides certain guidance for enterprises to use resources to improve performance
