人工智能赋能体育产业升级：理论逻辑与实践路径

摘要:

人工智能是新一轮科技革命的核心,也是经济发展和产业升级的强大驱动力。目前体育产业智能化初步发展,人工智能技术在体育竞技表演业、体育产品业和体育促销业广泛运用。人工智能技术具有技术溢出性、创新推动性、数据驱动性和生产智能化四大特征,能够提升体育产业全要素生产率、推动体育产业结构的均衡化、带动体育产业链的现代化、引领生产要素的高级化、实现产业组织的合理化,从而实现体育产业的产业升级。产业升级同时也面临“数字鸿沟”、“数据孤岛”、“技术人才储备”、“监管和治理”四重挑战。鉴于此,提出破解“数字鸿沟”和“数据孤岛”、加强技术攻关和人才培养、引导人工智能与体育产业深度融合、推动智能化时代政府治理能力提升的实现路径。

Abstract:

AI is at the core of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and a powerful driving force for economic development and industrial upgrading. At present, the intelligence of sports industry has developed preliminarily, and artificial intelligence technology is widely used in sports competitive performance, sports products and sports promotion. Artificial intelligence technology is technology spillover, innovation, motivated, data driven and intelligent production four big characteristics, to promote the sports industry total factor productivity, promoting the equalization of the sports industry structure, promote the modernization of sports industry chain, high-level leading factor of production, realize the rationalization of industrial organization, so as to realize the industrial upgrading of sports industry. Industrial upgrading also faces four challenges: "digital divide", "data island", "technical talent pool", and "regulation and governance". In view of this, the paper puts forward the realization path of cracking the "digital divide" and "data island", strengthening technical research and talent training, guiding the deep integration of artificial intelligence and sports industry, and promoting the improvement of government governance ability in the intelligent era.
