Abstract:Maker Space is an important platform to promote entrepreneurship to create more jobs. Effective service quality evaluation is an important basis for promoting the high-quality development of Maker Space. We put forward the concept of Maker Satisfaction Degree in this thesis that will provide a new perspective to the study of service quality evaluation of Maker Space. After the analysis of construction norms, actual operation and related researches of Maker Space, we summarize the following factors that influence Maker Satisfaction Degree: the overall environment, basic service capability, resource linking capability, training and guidance ability, management and service level. Based on these factors, we build an evaluation index system that contains 5 main respects and 23 specific indexes with exact index weights, and carry out the case tests, which provides a scientific basis to the evaluation of Maker Satisfaction Degree.
