Abstract:Based on the I-CAGE framework, taking 62 countries as case countries, this paper uses NCA and fsQCA to explore the configuration path of China"s international trade in intellectual property, and analyzes the synergistic effects of innovation factors, cultural factors, administrative factors, geographical factors and economic factors on China"s competitiveness in intellectual property trade. The results show that: there is no single necessary condition leading to the high export and import of intellectual property in China, but institutional factors play a relatively important role in the import and export of intellectual property, and innovation factors play a relatively important role in the import. For the high export of China"s intellectual property trade, there are three paths: "economic driven and administration leading", "cultural driven and innovation leading" and "classic CAGE leading". For the high import of China"s intellectual property trade, there are also three paths: "economic driven and administration-or-innovation leading", "administration-and-innovation leading" and "classic CAGE leading".
