Abstract:In the era of knowledge economy, innovation networks have increasingly become an important pillar of enterprise innovation, and the governance of innovation networks has gradually attracted the attention of scholars.Among them, as an important way of informal governance, network conventions play an important role in innovative network governance. In view of this, this paper analyzes and empirically tests the internal mechanism of network practices, knowledge transfer, innovation performance, fairness perception and absorptive capacity. The results are as follows: (1) tacit understanding and normative consensus in network practices can have a positive impact on the innovation performance of enterprises.(2) Knowledge transfer plays an intermediary role between network conventions and innovation performance, that is, the governance function of network conventions can promote knowledge transfer among members, and then have a positive impact on innovation performance of members.(3) In the innovation network, the absorptive capacity of enterprises plays a negative role in regulating the relationship between knowledge transfer and innovation performance, that is, the stronger the absorptive capacity of members may enhance the protection of each other"s core knowledge, so the higher absorptive capacity will inhibit the relationship between knowledge transfer and innovation performance.(4) In cooperative innovation, procedural fairness and distributive fairness will positively adjust the relationship between network convention and knowledge transfer, that is, they will enhance the positive role of network convention on knowledge transfer; However, interactive fairness has no significant moderating effect on the relationship between network conventions and knowledge transfer.(5) There is a positive correlation between the two dimensions of behavioral tacit understanding and normative consensus in network conventions, and the inverted U-shaped relationship between them is not significant.
