广东县域农业科技现代化的发展模式研究

摘要:

农业现代化关键在于农业科技现代化，以县域为单元推进农业科技现代化建设，能够为加快实现农业农村现代化发展、全面推进乡村振兴战略提供有力支撑。以广东县域为例，通过理论分析和国内外探索实践，构建农业科技供给需求模型，揭示县域农业科技现代化典型模式的演化机制，即产学研用合作模式、企业带动模式、社会化服务模式和产业链集聚模式（园区模式）。深入分析当前县域科技创新人才匮乏、科技推广力量不强和企业创新水平低，高水平的科技平台稀缺等突出问题，提出创新农业科技现代化整县域推进模式、完善县域科技创新链、加强县域农业科技人才现代化建设、深化改革和制度创新等对策建议，为探索科技支撑县域乡村振兴的机制模式和实践路径提供有益参考。

Abstract:

The key to agricultural modernization lies in the modernization of agricultural science and technology. Advancing this modernization at the county level can provide strong support for accelerating the development and revitalization of agriculture and rural areas. Using Guangdong counties as an example, through theoretical analysis and learning from domestic and foreign experience, it is constructed the supply and demand model of agricultural science and technology，to reveal the evolution mechanism of the typical model of agricultural science and technology modernization at county level, it includes industry-university-research-practice cooperation model, enterprise-driven model, socialized service model, and industrial chain aggregation model. These models aim to address serious problems in county agricultural science and technology, such as the lack of scientific and technological innovation talents and high-level platforms, weak science and technology promotion, and low levels of enterprise innovation.To promote county agricultural science and technology modernization, it is suggested to innovate the mode of scientific and technological cooperation in all aspects of the county, enhance the chain of scientific and technological innovation, strengthen the modernization of human resources, and deepen reforms and system innovation. These suggestions provide a useful reference for exploring the mechanisms, models, and practical paths of science and technology in supporting county rural revitalization..
