Abstract:Science and technology start-ups are the main body with the most development power and market vitality in science and technology innovation, and are also an important driving force to promote China"s science and technology innovation capacity and accelerate China"s innovation development. However, there is still a lack of a relatively complete and suitable risk assessment method for technology start-ups. In order to better promote entrepreneurship in the country"s science and technology sector, China urgently needs a scientific and accurate method to assess the risks of science and technology start-ups. Based on this, this paper firstly combs and screens the influencing factors related to science and technology start-ups, then uses complex network theory to build a complex network structure and index system for risk assessment of science and technology start-ups, and then analyzes the risks of science and technology start-ups from the perspective of global and modular complex network. Finally, 10 technology start-ups are selected for empirical analysis. The research results show that the risk assessment model of science and technology start-ups constructed in this paper has certain validity and rationality.
