Abstract:High quality industrial development is an important support for achieving high-quality economic development, and the allocation of scientific and technological resources is a key link in achieving technological innovation leading high-quality industrial development. Taking Guangxi in the western region as the research object, a system dynamics model of technology resource allocation driving high-quality industrial development is established using system simulation, which is close to historical trends. The dynamic process of technology resource allocation mechanism synergistically driving high-quality industrial development is deduced, and based on the results of system dynamics simulation, strategies are proposed. By combining the existing problems in industrial development with the simulation results of the model, suggestions for high-quality industrial development strategies are proposed: increasing research funding support, strengthening research funding regulation and supervision, and promoting diversified participation of innovation entities.
