    在现有相关研究基础上,为更全面、深入分析我国智能制造企业技术创新效率提升的影响因素,进一步考虑环境因素影响,运用三阶段数据包络分析模型,利用我国86家智能制造上市企业2016-2020年相关数据,对其技术创新效率进行测度分析。结果显示:剔除环境因素及随机噪声后,大部分企业的技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率对比之前都有显著上升,表明大部分智能制造企业的技术创新效率都被低估,企业的技术创新效率受环境因素影响较大;对智能制造企业技术创新效率影响较大的因素为企业规模、企业研发投入强度和政府补助力度。根据分析结果,提出完善相关扶持政策、构建智能制造协同创新机制及加大研发投入等相关政策建议。

    Abstract:

    On the basis of the existing related research, aiming to comprehensively and in-depth analyzes the influencing factors of technological innovation efficiency improvement of intelligent manufacturing enterprises in China, and further expand considering environmental factors, using three stage data envelope analysis model and the related data of 86 intelligent manufacturing listed companies in China from 2016 to 2020, their technology innovation efficiency are measured and analyzed. The results show that after removing environmental factors and random noise, the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of most of the enterprises have increased significantly compared with the previous ones, indicating that the technological innovation efficiency of most of the intelligent manufacturing enterprises has been underestimated, the technological innovation efficiency of the enterprises is greatly affected by the environmental factors; and the factors that have a greater impact on the technological innovation efficiency of the intelligent manufacturing enterprises are the size of the enterprise, the intensity of the enterprise R&D investment, and the strength of government subsidies. Based on the results of the analysis, it puts forward relevant policy recommendations such as improving relevant support policies, building a collaborative innovation mechanism for intelligent manufacturing and increasing R&D investment.
