Abstract:With the accelerated urbanisation process and the increasing demand in the construction industry, smart sites have become an important part of the national "green development in the construction industry" strategy. In order to explore the influencing factors of smart site development and their improvement paths, this paper introduces the TOE model and UTAUT model into the study of smart site development, systematically categorises them and identifies the influencing factors of smart site development in conjunction with the rooting theory, integrates the DEMATEL-ISM method to study the hierarchical relationship between the influencing factors, and explores the degree of influence of each factor and makes its structure Hierarchy. The results of the study show that the strategic goal planning and the professionalisation of personnel are the root causes of the development of smart sites. On this basis, relevant countermeasure suggestions are put forward, which are of great importance to enhance the development of smart sites and promote the development of China's smart construction industry.
