随着城市化进程的加速以及建筑行业需求的不断增加,智慧工地成为了国家“建筑业绿色发展”战略的重要组成部分。为了探究智慧工地发展的影响因素及其提升路径,本文将TOE模型和UTAUT模型引入智慧工地发展研究中,系统归类后结合扎根理论识别出智慧工地发展的影响因子,综合使用DEMATEL-ISM方法对各影响因素之间的层次关系进行研究,同时探究各因子的影响程度并使其结构层次化。研究结果表明,智慧工地的战略目标规划和人员专业化程度是影响智慧工地发展的根本原因。在此基础上,提出相关对策建议,对提升智慧工地发展水平,推动我国智慧建筑业发展具有十分重要的意义。

With the accelerated urbanisation process and the increasing demand in the construction industry, smart sites have become an important part of the national "green development in the construction industry" strategy. In order to explore the influencing factors of smart site development and their improvement paths, this paper introduces the TOE model and UTAUT model into the study of smart site development, systematically categorises them and identifies the influencing factors of smart site development in conjunction with the rooting theory, integrates the DEMATEL-ISM method to study the hierarchical relationship between the influencing factors, and explores the degree of influence of each factor and makes its structure Hierarchy. The results of the study show that the strategic goal planning and the professionalisation of personnel are the root causes of the development of smart sites. On this basis, relevant countermeasure suggestions are put forward, which are of great importance to enhance the development of smart sites and promote the development of China's smart construction industry.
