在文献分析的研究上,分析了广州农业科技创新发展现状及面临的问题与挑战,对现代农业科技创新发展趋势进行研判：新技术变革推动大农业格局加快形成,多样化、优质化、营养化消费需求增加,产业转型升级加快,农业科技引领现代农业发展突破资源环境约束,居民消费倾向变化推动食品消费主权化。阐述了广州现代农业科技创新功能定位：种业新品种创制中心,食品科技创新中心,农业新型装备制造中心,数字农业产权技术中心。从发挥农业科技创新平台主体作用,高质量实施“穗种强芯”工程,开展高水平农业科技创新团队引育,加强农业关键技术研发,强化农技推广服务,培育高素质农民等方面提出对策建议。

Abstract:

Based on literature analysis, the current situation, problems, and challenges of agricultural technology innovation development in Guangzhou were analyzed, and the trend of modern agricultural technology innovation development was evaluated. New technological changes have accelerated the formation of a large-scale agricultural pattern, increased demand for diversification, quality, and nutrition, accelerated industrial transformation and upgrading, and agricultural technology has led the development of modern agriculture to break through resource and environmental constraints, The change in residents" consumption tendencies promotes the sovereignty of food consumption. The article elaborates on the functional positioning of modern agricultural technology innovation in Guangzhou: seed industry new variety creation center, food technology innovation center, agricultural new equipment manufacturing center, and digital agricultural property technology center. Propose countermeasures and suggestions from the main role of agricultural technology innovation platform, high-quality implementation of the "ear seed strong core" project, introduction and cultivation of high-level agricultural technology innovation teams, strengthening research and development of key agricultural technologies, strengthening agricultural technology promotion services, and cultivating high-quality farmers.
