摘要:

当前,数字政府建设是实现我国数字建国、质量强国的创新性、系统性工程,标准化作为推动数字政府建设及创新发展的重要支撑,对实现政府管理的高效化、社会治理的精准化、政务服务的便利化及智能化发挥着重要作用,本文通过梳理分析数字政府国内外建设及标准化发展的状况,明晰了标准化支撑数字政府的作用体现,并通过标准化支撑数字政府建设作用相关构建度、应用度和保障度评估研究及地方数字政府标准化经典实践案例阐述,归纳提出了标准化支撑数字政府建设路径建议。关键词：数字政府、标准体系、标准化作用

Abstract:

At present, the construction of digital government is an innovative and systematic project to achieve China"s digital nation-building and quality power. Standardization, as an important support to promote the construction and innovative development of digital government, plays an important role in realizing the efficiency of government management, the precision of social governance, and the facilitation and intelligence of government services. By combing and analyzing the construction and standardization development of digital government at home and abroad, this paper clarifies the role of standardization in supporting digital government, and summarizes and puts forward suggestions on the construction path of standardization supporting digital government through the evaluation research on the construction degree, application degree and guarantee degree of standardization supporting digital government construction and the elaboration of classic practice cases of local digital government standardization.
