    摘要:

    基于区块链技术驱动的动力电池闭环供应链信息共享机制,考虑“区块链+信息共享”满足消费者对产品生命周期信息的需求,提高对退役动力电池的管理效率,研究区块链技术参与对动力电池闭环供应链的影响,并分析引入区块链后供应链内部的协调机制。研究发现:(1)“区块链+信息共享”可提高新能源汽车生产商的利润,当投资区块链技术的收益大于成本时,供应链和动力电池生产商的利润也会提高;(2)消费者对动力电池全生命周期信息敏感度和“区块链+信息共享”提升梯次利用率系数的增加会提高引入区块链后供应链参与者的收益,随着区块链未参与时动力电池梯次利用率的增加,区块链参与带来的收益经过短暂提升,但总体呈下降趋势;(3)提出“成本分担+两部定价”协调契约对供应链系统进行协调,使供应链各参与者利润增加。

    Abstract:

    Based on the information sharing mechanism of power battery closed-loop supply chain driven by blockchain technology, the paper considers that "blockchain + information sharing" can meet consumers" demand for product life cycle information, improve the management efficiency of retired power batteries, study the impact of blockchain technology participation on power battery closed-loop supply chain, and analyze the coordination mechanism within the supply chain after the introduction of blockchain. The findings are as follows: (1) "blockchain + information sharing" can improve new energy vehicle manufacturers" profits, supply chain and power battery manufacturers" profits will also increase when the benefits of investment in blockchain technology are greater than the costs; (2) Consumers" sensitivity to the information of the whole life cycle of the power battery and the increase of the "blockchain + information sharing" step utilization coefficient will improve the benefits of the supply chain participants after the introduction of blockchain. With the increase of the step utilization of the power battery without the participation of blockchain, the benefits brought by the participation of blockchain increase briefly, but the overall trend is downward; (3) Put forward the coordination contract of "cost sharing + two-part pricing" to coordinate the supply chain system and increase the profits of all participants in the supply chain.
