核心企业创新生态系统多阶段治理机制选择研究＊

Study on the Selection of multi-stage Governance Mechanism for Core Enterprise Innovation Ecosystem

摘要:

核心企业动态调整创新生态系统不同阶段的治理机制,对创新生态系统健康发展具有重要意义。本文基于创新生态系统理论和跨组织治理理论,构建企业创新生态系统运行状态演化模型,运用多主体仿真方法探究不同治理机制对企业创新生态系统不同阶段运行状态的影响,以揭示创新生态系统不同阶段的最优治理机制,并以案例进行验证。研究结果表明：在创新生态系统的诞生——扩张阶段,核心企业应选择合同治理为主、关系治理和权益治理为辅的治理机制；在权威阶段,核心企业应选择关系治理为主、合同治理和权益治理为辅的治理机制；在再生阶段,核心企业应选择权益治理为主、合同治理和关系治理为辅的治理机制。

Abstract:

It is of great significance for the healthy development of the innovation ecosystem that the core enterprises dynamically adjust the governance mechanisms in different stages of the innovation ecosystem. Based on the theory of innovation ecosystem and the theory of cross-organizational governance, this paper constructs the evolution model of the operation state of the enterprise innovation ecosystem, and uses the multi-agent simulation method to explore the influence of different governance mechanisms on the operating state of the enterprise innovation ecosystem in different stages, so as to reveal the optimal governance mechanism of the innovation ecosystem in different stages, and verifies it with cases studies. The results indicate: In the birth - expansion stage of the innovation ecosystem, the optimal governance mechanisms should be contract governance while relationship governance and equity governance are supplementary options; In the authority stage, the optimal governance mechanisms should be relationship governance while contract governance and equity governance are supplementary options; In the regeneration stage, the optimal governance mechanisms should be equity governance while contract governance and relationship governance are supplementary options.
