科技孵化器育成优质企业的影响因素及内在作用机制

The influencing factors and internal mechanisms of technology incubators cultivating high-quality enterprises

为推动孵化器高质量发展，加速孵化育成更多优秀科技企业，促进高精尖产业发展和未来产业培育，本文利用广州2019—2021年的微观企业面板数据，基于科技企业孵化器孵化育成能力关键要素，实证分析孵化器育成优质企业的影响因素。结果表明，拥有专业服务人才、孵化基金引导投资、公共技术服务平台建设、组织创业创业活动是促进孵化器育成优质企业的重要因素。同时，通过进一步异质性效应分析发现，专业型孵化器、国有孵化器、高新区内孵化器育成优质企业数量的占比显著高于其他类型孵化器。

Abstract:

In order to promote the high-quality development of incubators, accelerate the incubation of more outstanding technology enterprises, and promote the development of high-tech industries and the cultivation of future industries, this paper uses the micro survey Panel data of Guangzhou from 2019 to 2021, and based on the key elements of the incubation capacity of technology Business incubator, empirically analyzes the influencing factors of incubators to incubate high-quality enterprises. The results indicate that having professional service talents, guiding investment by incubation funds, constructing public technology service platforms, and organizing entrepreneurial activities are important factors in promoting incubators to cultivate high-quality enterprises. Meanwhile, through further heterogeneity effect analysis, it was found that the proportion of high-quality enterprises cultivated by professional incubators, state-owned incubators, and incubators in high-tech zones is significantly higher than that of other types of incubators.
