Abstract:This paper focuses on 437 students from 8 youth science and technology talent training classes organized by a central agency in 2022. Through methods such as in-depth interviews and questionnaires, the research investigates and analyzes the data. The grounded theory research paradigm is employed to code and organize the data from the in-depth interviews, and a framework for the development needs of young science and technology talents is constructed, including three aspects: development resources, innovation environment, and value realization. Furthermore, based on this framework, the main issues faced by the development of young science and technology talents are deeply explored, and improvement suggestions are briefly proposed.......(注:与中文简介一致)
