Abstract:Under the new development pattern of "dual circulation", China's manufacturing industry is not only embedded in the national value chain in the form of industrial organization, fully relying on the diversified endowment of the vast market, but also embedded in the global value chain to participate in the international division of labor to achieve dynamic transformation and upgrading. However, it is relatively rare to discuss the innovation of scene-driven manufacturing enterprises. To this end, selecting the micro-basic, manufacturing enterprises of China's manufacturing industry, to achieve the rise of the global value chain as the research object, based on the background of scenario-based element embedding, and taking the breadth of national value chain embedding and the height of global value chain embedding as the evaluation indexes, this paper examines the path of scenario-driven manufacturing enterprises to achieve global value chain climbing in the context of the difference embedding of national value chain and global value chain dual value chains. Starting from the research on the relationship between four factors: knowledge innovation and diffusion, industrial agglomeration and upgrading, market expansion and creation, and productive service support, through the analysis of four typical cases, it is found that there are four paths for scenario-driven manufacturing enterprises to innovate and achieve global value chain climbing: chain owners realize global value chain high-potential embedding by creating demand scenarios; chain enterprises realize the subversive embedding of global value chain by destroying the innovation scenario; "specialized, refined, unique and new" enterprises realize the dynamic embedding of global value chain through iterative upgrade scenarios; "specialized, refined, unique and new" enterprises realize global value chain dislocation embedding through cross-border business scenarios. Accordingly, it is proposed that Chinese manufacturing enterprises should embed their own domestic and global dual value chain network breadth and highly design a reasonable scene driven innovation mode, promote the manufacturing circle system of the main chain enterprises, at the same time, the government and relevant management agencies should further promote the digital construction of industrial chain, value chain, and supply chain.
