Abstract:Abstract:The widespread application of artificial intelligence (AI) related technologies, intelligent devices, and services in high-technology manufacturing has put forward higher requirements for the quality of manufacturing labor. This article studied the challenges faced by the current human resource structure in the manufacturing industry. Combining research on enterprises in multiple regions and provincial panel data from 2018 to 2020, it is found that the level of industrial intelligence, education level of labor force, and patent investment scale are three key factors affecting the changes in the employment structure of the manufacturing industry. This article proposes measures such as strengthening overall planning, promoting emerging technologies, and accelerating talent cultivation from the perspective of improving the advantages of human resources in the manufacturing industry. These measures help to promote the optimization of employment structure in the manufacturing industry and maintain the advantage of human resources in the manufacturing industry.
