创新网络中网络社群形成机理及其对企业知识创新的影响

The Formation Mechanism of Network Community in Innovation Network and Its Impact on Enterprise Knowledge Innovation

现有关于创新网络的研究多从微观的个体网视角和宏观的整体网视角展开，较少关注网络社群结构的形成机理及其对企业知识创新的影响。为此，引入断层理论探索网络社群的形成机理，并分析企业嵌入网络社群的位置特征以及网络社群的结构特征对企业知识创新的影响效应，进而针对创新网络中孤立企业、网络社群内核心企业以及网络社群间联络企业提出有效嵌入创新网络、提高创新绩效的参考建议。研究发现，企业群内中心度、企业群间中介度和网络社群稳定性、网络社群封闭性对企业知识创新均存在先促进后抑制的倒“U”型影响。

Abstract:

Existing research on innovation network mostly focus on the micro level of individual network or the macro level of overall network, with less attention paid to the formation mechanism of network community and its impact on enterprise knowledge innovation. Therefore, this paper explores the formation mechanism of network community based on the faultlines theory, and analyzes the impact of enterprise location embedding characteristics and network community structure characteristics on enterprise knowledge innovation.Then, this paper proposes reference suggestions for isolated enterprise in innovation network, core enterprise within network community, and liaison enterprise between network communities to effectively embed innovation network and improve innovation performance. Research has found that the degree centrality of enterprise within network community, the betweenness centrality of enterprise between network communities, the stability of network community, and the closure of network community all have an inverted "U" shaped effect on enterprise knowledge innovation.
