Abstract:The matching mechanism for supply and demand of scientific and technological (S T) Achievements plays an important role in the transformation of S T Achievements. In the era of digital intelligence, the requirements for digital and intelligent management of S T Achievements are constantly increasing. In order to explore the influence factors and supply and demand aligning mechanisms of S T Achievements based on the technology trading platform in China, a conceptual model of factors influencing the S T Achievements is constructed by combing the supply and demand aligning mode of S T Achievements in China and its evolution history. The influencing factors, such as supply-side, demand-side, platform, policy, financial, and technological factors are summarized using grounded theory and systematic literature review. The degree of influence between impact factors is calculated by employing the DEMATEL methodology. A series of matching mechanism for the supply and demand of S T Achievements based on technology trading platforms in China are proposed, i.e., from the demand-induced supply mode to the demand-induced supply mode, from an upstream-downstream relationship to a community relationship, from a local-area platform to a wide-area platform, from informatization to intelligence, from a single-point service to a full-chain service, and from technology development to multi-factor integration development.
