Abstract:Based on the lack of innovation, the spatial effect of digital elements under the conditions of geographical distance, economic distance and digital new infrastructure construction distance is neglected. From the dimensions of digital innovation environment, digital technology, digital human capital, digital labor force, digital capital, etc. , to construct a complete evaluation system of digital elements, select the spatial panel data of the Chengdu-chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle from 2012 to 2021, and based on the characteristics of geographical distance, economic distance and distance of new digital infrastructure, an endogenous growth model was established. The results show that the digital factors and industrial structure upgrading in Chengdu-chongqing-shuangcheng District economic circle have the characteristics of endowment difference and global spatial-temporal agglomeration, and the differences and agglomeration characteristics are gradually expanding. The industry of“Chengdu + Chongqing” central city shows obvious features of clustering, and the industry of adjacent areas shows specialized features, and the spatial dependence on“Chengdu + Chongqing” central city is becoming stronger and stronger. Under the three kinds of distance characteristics, the upgrading of industrial structure with digitized elements brings the spatial effect in the domain and the spatial spillover effect out of the domain. Among them, the digital technological innovation environment under the conditions of the characteristics of the distance between the fields, the characteristics of the economic distance and the characteristics of the digital new infrastructure, under the condition of the characteristic of digital new infrastructure distance, the digital human capital has the spatial restraining effect on the upgrading of the industrial structure abroad. Dynamic spatial panel model can correct the high spatial estimation error caused by static spatial panel model.
