    摘要:

    为探究论文被引频次与基金资助之间的关系,选取中国学者2017年发表在CSCD和SCI-E数据库收录期刊的论文,分析了不同基金项目资助条件下论文被引频次的幂律分布规律。基金论文的被引频次确实高于非基金论文,提升程度在发表在国内外期刊的论文和不同研究方向的论文上有一定差异,但论文没有必要挂多个基金项目,也未见基金论文比与期刊被引频次之间的正相关性。应客观看待基金项目的作用,加强期刊评价研究,全面评价论文、期刊的质量和影响力,合理利用基金论文但不过分追求基金论文比,同时真实、规范标注基金项目,推动中国科技期刊加快发展并成为支持国家科技进步的坚实平台。受模型和数据限制,零被引的长尾论文及人文学科论文的分布规律没有得到有效揭示,有待后续研究跟进。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the relationship between the citation frequency of papers and grant funding, papers published by Chinese scholars in 2017 in journals included in the CSCD and SCI-E databases were selected, and the power law distribution law of the citation frequency of papers under the funding conditions of different fund projects was analyzed. The citation frequency of fund papers is indeed higher than that of non-fund papers, and the degree of enhancement varies to some extent on papers published in domestic and international journals and papers with different research directions, but it is not necessary for papers to hang more than one fund program, and a positive correlation between the ratio of fund papers and the citation frequency of journals is not seen. The role of fund projects should be viewed objectively, the research on journal evaluation should be strengthened, the quality and influence of papers and journals should be evaluated comprehensively, the fund papers should be utilized reasonably but the fund paper ratio should not be pursued excessively, and at the same time the fund projects should be labeled truthfully and standardly, so as to promote the Chinese science and technology journal to accelerate its development and to become a solid platform to support the national scientific and technological progress. Due to the model and data limitations, the distribution law of zero-cited long-tail papers and humanities papers is not effectively revealed, which needs to be followed up by subsequent studies.
