Abstract:The value network of breakthrough innovation changes dynamically with the evolution of breakthrough innovation, and the change of the network has a certain regularity. In order to further explore the dynamic matching and balance between the evolution of breakthrough innovation and the evolution of value network, this paper adopts an exploratory case study method, takes the development history of laser TV of Hisense Video Technology Co., Ltd. as the research object, and summarizes the breakthrough innovation into three periods from the perspective of technological evolution: exploration and development period, knowledge materialization period, and iterative optimization period. From the perspective of market evolution, the network characteristics and evolution rules of breakthrough innovation value network in different periods are summarized, and the symbiotic evolutionary structure model of breakthrough innovation and value network is constructed to further clarify the internal relationship between breakthrough innovation and value network. It is found that the three stages of breakthrough innovation have different focuses. In the exploration and development stage, the commercialization technology route of breakthrough innovation is determined; in the knowledge materialization stage, the technology framework is improved based on the technology route and mass production products are formed; in the iterative optimization stage, the product is constantly updated and upgraded based on the initial product. At the same time, the main body of the network will change dynamically in different periods, which in turn enables enterprises to update and adjust the technical direction and development strategy in time. Therefore, enterprise leaders should adjust the subjects and relationships on the value network to overcome the resource constraints in the process of breakthrough innovation.
