中国区域科技金融发展水平测度：指数编制与空间特征

Measuring the development level of regional science and technology finance in China: index compilation and spatial characteristics

近年来，全球各国纷纷加大对科技金融的支持力度，积极推动科技金融发展，提升国家科技创新能力和经济竞争力。为了科学准确地刻画中国区域科技金融发展水平，为相关领域的深入研究提供基础性数据，利用中国具有代表性的各大统计年鉴发布的省级层面微观数据，采用主观赋权与客观赋权相结合的方法来确定权重，编制了一套2009-2019年覆盖中国内地31个省份的科技金融发展水平指数。该指数反映了中国不同地区科技金融发展趋势：中国区域科技金融发展水平总体上表现出了明显的地区收敛特征，同时也具有很强的空间集聚性和空间异质性，这表明中国区域科技金融仍存在一定的发展空间。

Abstract:

With the continuous development of information technology, artificial intelligence and other technologies, in recent years, countries around the world have increased their support for science and technology finance to enhance national scientific and technological innovation capabilities and economic competitiveness. In order to scientifically and accurately depict the development level of China"s regional science and technology finance and provide basic data for in-depth research in related fields, this paper uses the provincial micro-data released by various representative statistical yearbooks in China, and adopts the method of combining subjective and objective empowerment to determine the weights. A set of technology and finance development level index of 31 provinces in mainland China from 2009 to 2019 has been compiled. The index describes the development trend of science and technology finance in different regions of China: the development level of science and technology finance in China shows obvious regional convergence characteristics on the whole, but also has strong spatial agglomeration and spatial heterogeneity, which indicates that there is still a certain space for development of regional science and technology finance in China.
