Abstract:The networked open innovation paradigm is an important way for enterprises to innovate under the background of the current national strategy of innovation-driven development. However, this innovative approach makes enterprises develop while facing difficulties in intellectual property protection, such as the paradox of information disclosure, the difficulty of defining the ownership of intellectual property rights, and the easy loss of intellectual property rights. The development of new technologies represented by the blockchain provides new opportunities for the protection of intellectual property rights of Chinese enterprises. Due to the excellent characteristics of decentralization, trustlessness, traceability and non-tampering of the blockchain, it can be well applied in the field of intellectual property, to deal with the problem of "information disclosure paradox", decentralization reduces the cost of registration and confirmation of intellectual property rights, smart contracts improve the efficiency of intellectual property licensing, and non-tampering guarantees the traceability of intellectual property rights. The application of blockchain technology in the protection of intellectual property rights in enterprises will inevitably lead to non-uniform intellectual property certification standards , difficulty in the transfer of intellectual property licensing rights, and conflicts between the characteristics of blockchain and the legal system of intellectual property rights. In order to deal with these problems and make the blockchain better serve networked open innovation, it is recommended to introduce supporting opinions and standard formulation for blockchain applications in the intellectual property field. Blockchain promotes the construction of digital intellectual property protection platforms for enterprises, which will help industrial digital transformation.
