Abstract:Only by accurately quantifying the spatial matching of the industrial chain and the innovation chain can achieve the effective integration of the two chains. Based on POI data, an improvement potential model that includes consideration of the differences for service capability and category and the effects for service radius and distance attenuation, and the spatial layout and spatial matching of the industrial chain and the innovation chain are measured by taking the "415" advanced manufacturing clusters of Zhejiang as the samples. The results show that the spatial matching of world-class advanced industrial clusters are much higher than featured industrial clusters, and the same thing occurs between the emerging industries and the traditional advantageous industries. And for different types of innovation platforms, the spatial matching of provincial ones are higher than national ones, and the spatial matching of the types of basic research and achievement transformation are higher than other types. Therefore, relevant suggestions on promoting the deep integration of dual chains are put forward from the aspects of optimizing the spatial layout of innovation platforms, establishing "one cluster and one policy" mechanism for key industries, and strengthening coordination among different industries.
