Abstract:Digital intelligence technology is a strategic technology leading the future, which has a far-reaching impact on economic development, social progress and human life, and at the same time raises many ethical and moral risks. With the technology iteration and cross-industry application, resulting in the complexity of ethical issues, the research on ethical problems needs to consider not only the integrity of the problems themselves, but also the complexity formed by the correlation and structural characteristics of the causative factors. General ethical solutions have limitations when dealing with ethical problems characterized by complex systems. Based on this, introducing the systems thinking paradigm into the research of ethical issues in data intelligence technology, an improvement is made to the Hall"s three-dimensional framework model. The strategies for addressing complex system ethical problems are analyzed from the dimensions of time, logic, and knowledge. The governance path for ethical risks is explored, deciphering the rules of complex system ethical problems, and providing new ideas for ethical research.
