摘要:

创新主体的创新努力是提升监管科技协同创新产出水平的关键。本文从创新主体追求自身“收益”最大化的行为逻辑出发研究提升监管科技协同创新产出水平的契约激励。研究表明：提高创新研发方在协同创新中的地位和收益分配比例能鞭策不够努力的创新主体缩小与努力水平高的创新主体努力水平差距,进而提高协同创新总体产出水平,将创新研发方的研发人员工资投入等内部管控信号和金融机构的合规成本、监管机构的监管成本变化等市场反馈信号写入成果应用方的委托代理合同能减少信息不对称,降低契约风险,激励创新研发方按照成果应用方的期望提高创新努力水平增加协同创新产出。

Abstract:

The innovation effort of the innovation subject is the key to improve the output level of collaborative innovation on RegTech.This paper constructs incentive mechanism and principal-agent model based on the behavioral logic of the innovator"s pursuit of maximum“Profit”, and studies the contractual incentive to promote the level of the output of the collaborative innovation of RegTech. The research shows that improving the position of R D side in collaborative innovation and the proportion of profit distribution can prompt the innovation subject who is not hard enough to narrow the gap with the innovation subject who is hard enough, and then improve the overall level of collaborative innovation output. The internal control signal, such as R D staff salary input of the innovative R D party, the market feedback signal, such as the compliance cost of the financial institution and the change of the regulatory cost of the regulatory institution, can be written into the principal-agent contract to reduce the contract risk, to encourage innovative R D side to improve the level of innovation efforts to drive other participants in collaborative innovation to improve the level of innovation efforts and increase innovation output.
