数字孪生助力社会组织智慧化升级研究：以“时间银行”为例

摘要:

未来社区智慧化升级是我国智慧社区建设的重要议题,以时间银行为代表的社区智慧化服务平台,正在逐渐成为社区居家养老、志愿服务、健康促进的重要载体。本文依托场景理论,以数字孪生技术赋能未来社区智慧化升级为主线,以时间银行智慧化升级为具象案例,基于时间银行三个微观功能应用场景的现实样态和待解决问题,创新性地提出了数字孪生赋能时间银行智慧化场景升级的概念设计和框架结构,以此探讨和绘制数字孪生驱动社区智慧化升级的新图景。研究发现：数字孪生能够驱动智慧化升级过程中的社区场景的功能迭代和价值释放,有能力在未来社区治理中处理纷繁复杂的社会问题。通过数字镜像和数字映射来构建未来场景,实现物理空间、信息空间和孪生空间三个维度上的交互交融和场景升级。本文为理解社区智慧化升级的场景构建提供了一种新的解释,为大数据时代的治理升级和范式转型提供了现实参考,亦对数字孪生技术的应用开发和时间银行的数字化创新具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:

The future community wisdom upgrade is an important issue in the construction of China"s intelligent communities, the community wisdom service platform represented by the time bank is gradually becoming an important carrier of community home care, volunteer services and health promotion. Based on the scene theory, this paper proposes the conceptual design and framework structure of digital twin technology empowering the future community wisdom upgrade, taking the Time Bank wisdom upgrade as a concrete case, and innovatively proposes the conceptual design and framework structure of digital twin empowering the Time Bank wisdom scene upgrade based on the realistic patterns and problems to be solved in three micro-functional application scenarios of Time Bank, so as to explore and draw a new picture of digital twin-driven community wisdom upgrade. The study finds that digital twin can drive the functional iteration and value release of community scenarios in the process of wisdom upgrading, and has the ability to deal with complex social issues in future community governance. Through digital mirroring and digital mapping to build future scenarios, the interaction and scenario upgrading in three dimensions: physical space, information space and twin space are realized. This paper provides a new interpretation for understanding the scene construction of community wisdom upgrading, provides a realistic reference for governance upgrading and paradigm transformation in the era of big data, and also has implications for the application development of digital twin technology and digital innovation of time bank.
