Abstract:Based on the symbiosis theory, this study explores the interactive methods, relationship risks, and governance mechanisms of three relationship governance models within the "Internet plus" enterprise innovation ecosystem, and validates them with typical case analyses. The findings are as follows: Under the parasitic-beneficial relationship governance model, institutional innovation entities take the lead, with efficiency as the guiding principle, achieving control over innovative actions; In the commensalism-sharing relationship governance model, community-based innovation entities dominate, with fairness as the orientation, achieving the diffusion of innovative relationships; For the mutualistic-win-win relationship governance model, innovative entities collaborate on an equal footing, with democracy as the guiding principle, achieving an enhancement in the quality of innovative efficiency. This research contributes to enriching the theoretical outcomes of relationship governance and the "Internet plus" enterprise innovation ecosystem, providing decision-making references for building a robust "Internet plus" enterprise innovation ecosystem.
