    随着汽车产业的数字化、智能化和网联化的发展趋势,智能网联汽车产业形成了一个多主体参与的复杂协同创新网络。为探究产业协同创新关联机制,提升协同创新资源分配效率,本文以中国2015—2022年智能网联汽车产业技术专利合作为基础,运用节点间相似性来估计未连接节点间的链接可能性,通过融合相似性指标进行关联预测,结合资源相似理论和链路预测模型推断创新主体潜在研发合作趋势,据此提出协同创新网络优化路径。研究发现:智能网联汽车产业协同创新网络规模日益扩大,整体网络分布松散,网络主体的协同合作以弱连接关系为主,尚未形成多核心技术凝聚性子群,不利于创新主体更大范围的资源共享。根据创新主体技术合作链接预测效果,智能网联汽车产业协同创新网络倾向于优先连接机制,与拥有大量邻居节点的创新主体建立连接关系;融合CN、RA和ACT指标预测,发现未来新进节点优先选择的合作对象多为网络核心节点的创新主体,汽车零部件企业间合作最为多见,整车与通信企业、互联网与电子信息企业间协同创新可能性最大。

    Abstract:

    With the development trend of digitalization, intelligence and networking in the automobile industry, the intelligent and connected automobile industry has formed a complex collaborative innovation network with the participation of multiple agents.In order to explore the correlation mechanism of industrial collaborative innovation and improve the efficiency of collaborative innovation resource allocation, based on the technology patent cooperation of China's intelligent connected automobile industry from 2015 to 2022, this paper uses the similarity between nodes to estimate the link possibility between unconnected nodes, and makes correlation prediction by integrating the similarity index.Based on the resource similarity theory and link prediction model, the potential R&D cooperation trend of innovation entities is inferred, and the optimization path of collaborative innovation network is proposed.The findings are as follows: the scale of collaborative innovation network of intelligent connected automobile industry is expanding day by day, the overall network distribution is loose, the collaborative cooperation of network entities is dominated by weak connection relationship, and the agglomeration of multi-core technologies has not yet formed, which is not conducive to the greater scope of resource sharing of innovation entities.According to the prediction effect of technological cooperation link of innovation entities, the collaborative innovation network of intelligent connected automobile industry tends to preferentially connect mechanism and establish connection relationship with innovation entities with a large number of neighbor nodes.Combining CN, RA and ACT indicators, it is found that the preferred cooperation objects of new nodes in the future are mostly innovation subjects of the core nodes of the network, the cooperation between auto parts enterprises is the most common, and the collaborative innovation between vehicle and communication enterprises, Internet and electronic information enterprises is the most likely.
