    科创园区是我国实现创新的重要阵地,其创新绩效是多种因素协同作用的结果,表现出复杂的组合性因果机制。本研究首先从创新生态系统理论出发,以8家位于江苏省的国家级科创园区作为典型案例,运用扎根理论和文本分析法,识别出影响科创园区协同创新绩效的关键因素;然后基于组态视角,进一步选取69家江苏科创园区,采用fsQCA方法,通过案例间的比较探索影响其协同创新绩效的条件组态。研究发现:(1)单个要素不构成科创园区高协同创新绩效的必要条件;(2)驱动科创园区高协同创新绩效有4种条件组态,体现了科创园区协同创新绩效的多重实现模式,具体为校-政二元驱动型、园区主导-政府支持型、政-校-园协同联动型和政府主导-园区运作型;(3)组态中部分资源的投入存在替代效应,例如,在一定条件下,高层次人才和经费资源的投入在实现高协同创新绩效的过程中具有相同效果。本研究基于创新生态理论从组态视角探讨了科创园区协同创新绩效与其影响因素间的复杂因果关系,丰富了科创园区协同创新绩效的研究,可为科创园区的创新活动提供实践指导。

    Abstract:

    Science and technology innovation parks are an important battlefield for China to achieve innovation, and their innovation performance is the result of the synergistic effect of multiple factors, exhibiting complex combinatorial causal mechanisms. Starting from the theory of innovation ecosystem, this study takes 8 national level science and technology innovation parks located in Jiangsu Province as typical cases, and uses grounded theory and text analysis methods to identify key factors that affect the collaborative innovation performance of science and technology innovation parks; Then, based on the perspective of configuration, 69 Jiangsu Science and Technology Innovation Parks were further selected, and the fsQCA method was used to explore the condition configuration that affects their collaborative innovation performance through comparison between cases. The following important conclusions were obtained from the study. First, a single element does not constitute a necessary condition for high collaborative innovation performance in science and technology innovation parks. Second, there are four driving modes of high collaborative innovation performance, namely “university-government driven”, “park led-government supported”,“government-university-park concerted” and “government led-park managed”. Third, there is a clear substitution relationship between different conditions and factors under specific circumstances. For example, under certain conditions, the investment of top talents and financial resources has the same effect in achieving high collaborative innovation performance. This study explores the complex causal relationship between collaborative innovation performance and its influencing factors in science and technology innovation parks from a configuration perspective based on the theory of innovation ecology, enriching the research on collaborative innovation performance in science and technology innovation parks and providing practical guidance for innovation activities in science and technology innovation parks.
