Abstract:In view of the lack of evaluation indexes for disruptive technological innovation projects, an analysis model of disruptive technological innovation projects based on strategic niche theory is established around the quality, contribution and performance value of disruptive technological innovation projects. Based on this model, taking synthetic biology as an example, we analyzes the conservation space construction, innovation achievements and innovation contributions, refines the implementation and management characteristics, and puts forward an evaluation framework. On this basis, the evaluation model suitable for disruptive technological innovation projects and 12 aspects of specific evaluation content are proposed. Finally, relevant policy suggestions are put forward, and the evaluation model and content are of positive significance to guide the relevant evaluation.
