数字技术赋能城乡产业协调发展的内在机理与实现路径

摘要:

通过提升数字技术发展及应用水平,推进城乡产业协调发展是新阶段实现城乡经济发展一体化,推动城乡融合发展的必由之路。文章通过建立数字化综合评价指标体系,运用熵值法对2011-2021年中国30个省份的数字化水平进行测算和评价,运用耦合协调模型测度各地区城乡产业协调发展程度,并对数字技术发展及应用如何影响城乡产业协调发展进行实证分析。结果表明:数字技术发展及应用对城乡产业协调发展具有正向影响,该结果在一系列稳健性和内生性讨论中仍然成立；数字技术在不同空间地理位置对城乡产业协调发展存在异质性影响；县域经济在数字技术推动城乡产业协调发展过程中发挥着部分中介效应；门槛模型显示在不同经济发展水平下,数字技术对城乡产业协调发展的正向影响呈现非线性特征。文章为丰富数字技术促进城乡产业协调发展研究提供了重要参考。

Abstract:

Through improving the development and application level of digital technology, promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural industries is the only way to achieve the integration of urban and rural economic development, promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas in the new stage. This paper establishes a comprehensive digital evaluation index system, uses the entropy method to measure and evaluate the digitalization level of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2021, uses the coupling coordination model to measure the coordinated development of urban and rural industries in various regions, and empirically analyzes how the development and application of digital technology affect the coordinated development of urban and rural industries. The results show that the development and application of digital technology have a positive impact on the coordinated development of urban and rural industries, and this result is still valid in a series of robust and endogenous discussions. Digital technology has heterogeneous effects on the coordinated development of urban and rural industries in different spatial and geographical locations. The county economy plays a part-in-the-middle role in the process of digital technology promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural industries. The threshold model shows that the positive impact of digital technology on the coordinated development of urban and rural industries shows nonlinear characteristics under different levels of economic development. This paper provides an important reference for enriching the research on digital technology to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural industries.
