摘要:

利用2010-2021年全国省级面板数据,通过构建双重差分模型研究京津冀协同发展政策对技术市场扩张的影响。研究结果表明:京津冀协同发展政策显著促进了技术市场扩张,且具有稳健性结果。异质性分析显示,由于区域内科技创新缺乏顶层设计,没有形成合理分工,规模以上工业企业实施的科技项目数量越多、投入的科研力量越多,就越会抑制技术市场扩张效应,抵消了部分京津冀协同发展政策对技术市场的扩张效应。因此,推动技术市场的不断扩张,需要加快建立区域内科技创新协调机制,促使京津冀协同发展政策与区域内科技创新投入同向发力。

Abstract:

under the guidance of the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, it is particularly important to explore the effect of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei on the expansion of technology market. Based on the panel data of 31 provinces and autonomous regions from 2010 to 2021, this paper constructs a difference in difference model to investigate the impact of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region on the expansion of technology market. The results show that the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region can significantly promote the expansion of technology market, and has a robust result. The results of heterogeneity analysis show that more scientific and technological innovation projects of industrial enterprises and a higher degree of scientific and technological innovation labor investment of industrial enterprises will weaken the effect of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region on the scale expansion of the technology market. Therefore, to promote the continuous expansion of the technology market, we should strengthen the construction of regional coordinated development mechanism and speed up the industrial division of labor of industrial enterprises; Accelerate the construction of regional market integration and reasonably allocate the number of scientific and technological innovation projects.
