Abstract:This paper uses industrial data from 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2021, and uses the unoriented EBM super efficiency model, the entropy method and the spatial Durbin model to empirically test the impact, moderating effect, and spatial effect of industrial sci-tech finance development on industrial green total factor productivity. It has been discovered that industrial sci-tech finance significantly improve the green total factor productivity, with the improvement effect being more pronounced in the eastern region. Digital inclusive finance has a reverse regulatory effect on the relationship between the two, and technological diversification has a positive promoting effect on the relationship between the two. Further investigation of the spatial effect of industrial sci-tech finance development on industrial green total factor productivity is found that the development of industrial sci-tech finance only has a positive promotion effect on the industrial green total factor productivity in the province, however, there is no spatial spillover effect on the peripheral areas. Finally, this article provides policy proposal for promoting the improvement of industrial green total factor productivity.
