2022年我国工业互联网平台应用水平与发展态势研究

摘要:

工业互联网平台是推进新型工业化的战略性基础设施，也是推动制造业数字化转型和高质量发展的重要支撑。科学评价制造企业工业互联网平台应用水平与进展成效，对于帮助企业明确工业互联网平台应用现状、瓶颈与下一步发展重点，建立健全上平台用平台的路径和机制，加快工业互联网平台规模化普及应用具有重要意义。本文基于从战略与组织、基础条件、平台应用、业务创新和效能效益5个维度构建形成的工业互联网平台应用水平与绩效评价体系，通过问卷收集得到55880家企业的工业互联网平台应用评价样本数据，从全国水平、重点省份、重点行业等角度分析了2022年我国制造企业工业互联网平台应用水平与进展成效，并总结了我国工业互联网平台发展的难点问题和对策建议，可为加快推进工业互联网平台建设应用提供数据支持，并为社会各界深入实施制造业数字化转型、助力新型工业化发展提供有益参考。

Abstract:

The industrial Internet platform is a strategic infrastructure for promoting new industrialization and an important support for promoting the digital transformation and high quality development of the manufacturing industry. Scientific evaluation of the application level and progress of the industrial Internet platform in manufacturing enterprises is of great significance for guiding enterprises to clarify the application status quo, bottlenecks and next development priorities of the industrial Internet platform, establish and improve the path and mechanism of using the platform on the platform, and accelerate the large-scale popularization and application of the industrial Internet platform. Based on the industrial Internet platform application level and performance evaluation system constructed from five dimensions: strategy and organization, basic conditions, platform application, business innovation and efficiency and benefit, and sample data of industrial Internet platform application evaluation of 55880 enterprises， The application level and progress of industrial Internet platform in China's manufacturing enterprises in 2022 are analyzed from the perspective of the national level, key provinces and key industries, and summarized the difficult issues and countermeasures for the development of industrial internet platforms in China, which can provide data support for promoting the construction and application of industrial Internet platform in a coordinated way. It also provides useful reference for all sectors of society to further implement the digital transformation of manufacturing industry and help the development of new industrialization.
