Abstract:Through the method of literature review, the relevant research on contactless services is systematically sorted out. Firstly, the definition of contactless services is proposed and the application forms of contactless services are described. Secondly, through word frequency statistics and literature combing, user behaviour, service models and government initiatives in contactless services are analysed from the perspectives of consumers, enterprises and governments. Moreover, an outlook on future research on contactless services is made, and variables related to future research are summarised. Finally, the research on contactless services is summarised and suggestions are provided for different groups of people to promote the development of contactless services and protect their own interests.
