Abstract:Bio-manufacturing technology is one of the important pathways to achieve high-quality development of industrial manufacturing under the current "double carbon" goal and the sustainable development of environmental resources. It is also a strategic emerging industry that all the countries around the world are competing to develop. The construction of a high-level scientific and technological innovation platform is an important path to promote the high-quality development of biological manufacturing. In order to effectively learn from foreign advanced experience, based on the comparison of the similarities and differences between the Nodic countries (Sweden and Denmark) and China's bio-manufacturing industry development, this paper systematically analyzes the measures taken by the two Nordic countries to deal with the pressure of resources and environment around the construction of bio-manufacturing industry science and technology innovation platform. Based on the successful experience of bio-manufacturing industry represented by Berzelii Centre for Forest Biotechnology, Testa Centre, and Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Biosustainability, this paper puts forward the path and countermeasures of building a science and technology innovation platform for the bio-manufacturing industry, such as increasing government guidance, expanding capital investment, promoting the dominant position of enterprises, exploring innovative operation and management models, and gathering international advantageous teams to create a long-term mechanism for the transformation of achievements, so as to promote China 's transformation from a big bio-manufacturing country to a powerful country.
