单一创新行为明显不能满足可持续高质量发展的需要，为推动中国经济绿色高质量发展，亟需结合双元创新视角探究数字经济和区域绿色高质量发展的关系。选取2011-2020年中国30个省份的面板数据，将数字经济、技术创新和区域绿色高质量发展纳入双元创新框架进行回归，发现数字经济是促进区域绿色高质量发展的核心动力；通过利用式创新的中介作用构建绿色高质量发展新格局；通过与探索式创新互动形成的非线性影响实现绿色高质量发展新成效；在低经济发展程度、高产业结构转型和强环境规制区域存在驱动作用异质性。当前，推动区域绿色高质量发展的重点任务在于充分挖掘数字经济和双元创新的协同驱动作用，具体需要服务企业的双元创新需求加快新型信息基础设施部署和完善；实施动态化、差异化的数字经济战略释放其在高水平经济发展、低产业结构转型和弱环境规制区域的发展活力；鼓励科技型企业选择有效创新途径，在优化区域绿色高质量发展方面形成数字经济与双元创新的强大合力。

Single innovation behavior obviously cannot meet the needs of sustainable and high-quality development. To promote the green and high-quality development of China's economy, it is urgent to explore the relationship between digital economy and regional green and high-quality development from the perspective of dual innovation. Select the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020, integrate digital economy, technological innovation and regional green high-quality development into the dual innovation framework for regression, and find that digital economy is the core driving force to promote regional green high-quality development; Build a new pattern of green and high-quality development through the intermediary role of exploitative innovation; Achieve new results of green and high-quality development through the non-linear influence of interaction with exploratory innovation; There is driving heterogeneity in regions with low economic development, high industrial structure transformation and strong environmental regulation. At present, the key task of promoting regional green and high-quality development is to fully tap the synergistic driving role of digital economy and dual innovation, which requires the dual innovation needs of service enterprises to accelerate the deployment and improvement of new information infrastructure; Implement dynamic and differentiated digital economy strategies to release its development vitality in regions with high-level economic development, low industrial structure transformation and weak environmental regulations; Science and technology enterprises are encouraged to choose effective innovation ways, and form a strong synergy of digital economy and dual innovation in optimizing regional green and high-quality development.
